Due to the severity of Covid-19, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of items that have been opened, used or tampered with.

(Option 1) HASSLE - FREE PREPAID SHIPPING RETURNS

You can return items by mail and enjoy Hassle - free pre-paid shipping on your return package. To return by mail, follow the four easy steps below:

2. Receive a RMA # and Return Label.

Our Online Service Team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with a pre-paid return label, return instructions and the return shipping address. 

3. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Only products purchased on www.skinomatics.com may be returned. 

 

(Option 2) SELF SERVICE RETURNS 

You can return items by mail. To return by mail, follow the four easy steps below:

1. Email us: Please contact us via email at contact@skinomatics.com with your order number and reason for your return or exchange.

2. Receive a RMA # and and address will be provided to ship your items.

Our Online Service Team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with a an RMA number and return instructions and the return shipping address. 

3. The return shipping cost will be your responsibility and your will receive a full refund of your product purchase.
